Goals: To build a 10-person recruiting team by the end of 2026 and expand the organization to 20+ offices nationwide.

Erika A.
Position: Recruiter

Education: Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts.
Career Journey: Previously gained experience working in car sales as a representative and in customer service at a spa, where she developed strong communication and people skills.
Biggest Accomplishment: Helped build a strong, empowering team of women within the company.
Biggest Learning Lesson: Learning to never give up and to keep moving forward no matter the challenge.

Kayla A.
Position: Social Media Coordinator
Education: Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising.
Career Journey: Previously worked in many different roles such as social media marketing for fashion brands, retail experience at Anthropologie, and accounting work at a large company.
Biggest Accomplishment: The opportunity to travel through her work.
Biggest Challenge: Learning how to collaborate and grow within a larger team.

Goals: Continuing to grow and travel within the team, eventually building a team of her own, and seeking out even more travel opportunities as her career expands.
Ishaan N.
Position: CEO
Education: Bachelor's in Business Finance.
Career Journey: Previously embarked on a Pre-Med path but transitioned to finance after graduation. Finding limited growth in finance, Ishaan pivoted to marketing and sales, where he discovered his true calling—transforming a job into a fulfilling career.
Biggest Accomplishment: Ishaan is proud of his shift from a "ME" oriented mindset to a "WE" oriented approach. His greatest joy comes from giving back to others, promoting team members who contribute significantly to their families, and supporting his own parents by adding them to his payroll.
Biggest Challenge: Changing his views on life as a continuous journey of learning and self-improvement. He embraces the philosophy: “You’re not as bad as your worst day and not as good as your best day.”
Goals: Expanding his organization across all 50 states with 100 managing partners and becoming a National Consultant within the next year. He Aims to retire his parents and relocate them to New York.

Biggest Challenge: Staying consistent with a balance of dedication and perseverance in his role.

Balach Khan (BK)
Position: Senior Associate
Education: Adelphi University
Career Journey: Previously Worked as a financial assistant on campus for 2 years. Also played an active role in his family's political and agricultural affairs in Pakistan. Now a Senior Associate within Kaizen.
Biggest Accomplishment: Moved to America alone at 18 years old, determined to build a new future from the ground up.
Biggest Challenge: Stepping out of his comfort zone after growing up in a well-off family, and learning how to rebuild from scratch in a new country.

Goals: Focused on rebuilding his team, with a goal of promoting to Junior Director by October. He’s driven to lead by example and create a strong, consistent team culture.
