As you move further up through the chain of command, you become responsible for developing unique campaigns for our national partners. You set the benchmark for greatness in customer acquisition and retention by executing these campaigns in the retail setting. You begin to train new individuals on our processes to increase the market shares of our clients.

Here, at Kaizen Marketing, we participate in various multinational client partnerships, so we are expected to continuously expand their global footprint. It is the Junior Partner's responsibility to learn how to work well with the clients and gain the knowledge and tools that are required for managing their own office.

In the Senior Partner role, your focus transitions to the internal workings of the business which involves understanding how to do payroll and all factors involved with banking and controlling our budget. With clients widely spread across the globe, it is the responsibility of the Assistant Marketing Director to build a good relationship with our clients to plan and implement their expansion goals.

It's time to run your own market! The Managing Partner is in charge of overseeing all responsibilities involved with the company including sustaining a favorable brand image in the eyes of the public and making sure that the team performs in a way that maintains a high overall opinion of the brand. You will ensure that the in-store marketing campaigns are in accordance with our clients' standards, as well as the standards of the retail stores we partner with.
